Class 10

In the class we have 35 students....Years 5 and 6 of course. We are the best class ever!!

Miss Williams our teacher, is the best, well she is so young at only 28 (joke, but she is young!)

We also have Mr Stevens and Miss May helping us.

We could not do it without them.

We have lots of different people representing things in our class, like the Buddy Squad and School's Council. Now, you're wondering what on earth is the Buddy Squad and the School's Council aren't you.

Often people have a birthday in our class, well, I mean, who wouldn't in a class of 35! When they do, we make a birthday card for them and the whole class sign it. If we're lucky they bring in cakes for us!

Buddy Squad

The Buddy Squad is a group of volunteered children that help other children who have fallen out with their friends or being bullied. They get trained how to handle these kind of problems by Sophie.

Of course we do the regular school curriculum as well! These are just a few of the things we are studying:

In History we are learning about Changes in Britian Since 1948. Some of the girls tried on Mrs Harris's wedding dress, as she was married in the 70's. On display, in our class, we've got items from the last 50 years including telephones

In Science we are learning about healthy living and drugs awareness and also we found out our lung capacity. We discovered that generally older children have a bigger lung capacity than younger children.

In PE we are playing Invasion Games and of course continuing with our swimming.
