About Willows Playgroup

Hi - We are delighted to be able to tell you about Willows on the Heamoor Community Primary Web page.

Since we moved to the school site in 1998 we have worked closely with Heamoor Community Primary School to ensure Children have the best possible care and start to their education.

We have grown from a 24 place pre-school to a 52 place Nursery offering care for children from the ages of 2 -14 years old throughout the year (excluding the weekends and Bank Holidays)

In 2000 we opened a Breakfast and After School Club for children at Heamoor Community Primary School.

The children  have a snack before chilling out with a variety of games and activities. We also have an extensive Playarea where they can let off some steam after a busy day at school!

In 2001 we extended this service to the School Holidays to attract children not only from Heamoor Community Primary School but from other schools throughout West Penwith. We organise all sorts of activities and trips for them!!

Our Pre-school provides Early Years Education that has been recognised in our OFSTED report and through accreditation under the Cornwall Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership Quality Assurance Scheme.
